Strip the jacket back enough to give you the length of inner conductor needed to reach the tip.
Fold the shield back over the jacket. Strip a quarter inch of insulation off the end of the inner conductor.
Slide the inner conductor into the tip of the plug and solder the end of the tip. Apply heat and let the heat draw some solder into the tip of the plug.
Fold the inner wings of the cable clamp and crimp over the cable jacket and shield, using just a pair of long nose pliers.
Fold the outer part of the cable clamp over the inner part, and crimp over to complete the assembly. Do not solder the shield.
