We can accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover (Novus), cards for U.S. and many Canadian orders. We can also accept PayPal from most countries if you are a verified member. If you mail an order, you can also use a check or money order. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s. We do not accept American Express; they charge too much.
Note that we must ship to the address which the bank uses to mail your statements. If you want merchandise shipped somewhere else, please send a certified check or money order.
We use Priority Mail for domestic shipments.
We cannot directly use credit cards outside the U.S. and sometimes in Canada. However, if you are a verified member of PayPal, we can sometimes take payment through PayPal. See paypal.com for details. You can also use a money order drawn on a U.S. bank or a bank wire transfer ($30 fee added). Note: there is a 2% export fee on foreign orders. To place an order from a foreign country, please email us details and we will reply with a quote. We use International Express Mail for shipments.
TERMS: We have no dealer discounts. We sell to everyone at low, factory-direct prices.
AVAILABILITY: Most equipment can be shipped same day. Equipment requiring custom-made channel crystals takes about 5-6 weeks.
ENGINEERING SUPPORT: We provide lifetime technical support for anyone needing help before or after equipment purchase. Feel free to email any time you need help selecting units units or have a question about any of our products.

RETURNS: Please email for authorization. Units in original condition may be returned for refund, within 30 days of purchase, subject to 20% restocking charge. Custom-built units are non-returnable. (Factory service is available for alignment and repairs at hourly rates for repairs.)

Hamtronics, Inc. warrants all products manufactured by it to be free from defective material or workmanship for 90 days from the date of shipment under normal use and service. Our obligation is limited to repairing or replacing such product which proves to be defective by our examination. Kits assembled by the user are warranted as above for defective parts only. Warranty does not apply to parts damaged in construction or use, nor does it cover transportation costs. Semiconductors specifically are excluded because they are easily damaged in use. Hamtronics, Inc. assumes no liability for consequential damages.
